Headliners and Canopy Liners

We fabricate new headliners for the canopy and rear cabin area from high quality wool fabric. Depending on the year model of your aircraft and your personal preference they can be attached with the existing support rods or glued over a double-layer foam base, which provides sound and thermal insulation.

Are your cellphone, loose change, candy, or other small items finding their way into that cavern under the rear seat? Likely because the canvas cover over that area has deteriorated, broken snaps or otherwise been compromised. We'll build a new one with heavier material complete with new snaps, replacing the stationary snaps as needed so you can fly confident that foriegn objects won't fall into control cables and wire looms.

Cabin Side Panels and Armrests

Our side panels are sewn onto brand-new white polyboard, a material similar in appearance to corrugated paper, but made of polyethylene. It does not shrink or fatigue in the corners and is waterproof. These can be made to your own creative specifications or built to our standard designs.

Note the nicely sized pocket sewn on to keep your charts and other pilot aids handy. It is positioned forward enough to avoid interference with the seat adjustment and reinforced at the corners for strength. Elastic at the top and pleated bottoms afford expansion capability.

A different look at the fabricated side panels shows that the covering material has been left loose on both ends to allow for accurate fitting of the panels.

Basically every airplane is a little bit different with regard to the way the plastic trim has been fitted. The plastic can even be different from the left side to the right side. We intentionally leave extra material to allow a clean, tight fit against all the surrounding trim.

When purchasing side panels from us to be installed elsewhere, you will be asked to provide some very specific measurements so that we can custom size each panel to match your airplane. Doing this guarantees a nice snug fit and avoids ugly gaps that may otherwise occur.

armrests

We will build custom armrests for your plane. If your front armrests are broken or loose, we'll replace them with solid aluminum units, foam padded and covered in the same fabric as the interior.

You can also order armrests alone to replace broken ones, pre-covered in an acceptable or neutral material to work with your existing interior.
